The Inner Sentence
A sentence arrives before you know you're thinking it.
I shouldn't have said that. I have to be careful. They might misunderstand me.
It doesn't feel like a thought. It feels like a fact.
A ten-day guided field guide for meeting these sentences — not to correct them, but to finally see them.
This guide is ready. It opens soon.

What this is
Some sentences return for years without ever being properly noticed. They show up in ordinary moments — at the kitchen table, mid-conversation, in the second before you pick up the phone — and disappear again before you've had a chance to look at them directly.
The Inner Sentence doesn't ask you to challenge these sentences, journal your way out of them, or replace them with better ones. It asks something smaller, and in practice harder: to notice one, clearly, while it's happening.
Ten days. Four short parts each.
Every day follows the same quiet shape:
What This Is About — a short grounding in the day's focus
A Small Perspective — one shift in how to hold what you're noticing
Today's Observation — a real, ordinary moment to watch for as your day unfolds
Field Notes — a place to write, if writing helps. Nothing here needs to be finished, or shown to anyone.
The ten days don't need to be read in one sitting. One day is enough. Some people return to a day they've already read and notice something new the second time. What it isn't
This isn't therapy, and it isn't a productivity system. There's no advice to follow, no inner critic to defeat, no version of you waiting on the other side of ten days. Nothing about you needs fixing before you start. There's room to see the sentence, rather than simply become it.
What builds over the ten days doesn't end with them — the noticing itself becomes something you carry.
