1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products ("Field Guides" and related content) made through [inerahouse.com], operated by Hackbarth / INERA HOUSE.
2. Digital products
All products sold on this website are digital products (e.g. PDF Field Guides) delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.
3. License
Purchasing a product grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own private, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product or any part of it;
  • share, upload, or make the purchased files available to third parties;
  • claim the product, or any part of its content, as your own;
  • use the product for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Euros. In accordance with the German small business regulation (§19 UStG / Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged or shown. Payment is required in full before access to the digital product is granted. Payment is processed via [PAYMENT PROVIDER, e.g. Stripe].
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically, typically immediately after successful payment, via download link and/or email.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a purchase contract.
However, this right expires early when all of the following apply:
  • you have given your express consent for us to begin delivering the digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and
  • you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
This consent is collected via a mandatory checkbox at checkout (see Section 7). Once you confirm this checkbox and complete payment, your right of withdrawal ends as soon as download access begins.
If you do not provide this consent, standard statutory withdrawal rules apply.
7. Checkout confirmation
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm:
"I agree to the Terms & Conditions. I expressly request that delivery of this digital content begin immediately, and I acknowledge that by doing so, I lose my statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started."
8. Liability
Products are provided "as is" and as described on the product page. We are liable for intent and gross negligence without limitation. For slight negligence, we are only liable in case of a breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), and liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Statutory liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
Use of the purchased materials, including any reflections, exercises, or practices described in the Field Guides, is at your own responsibility. The content is literary and exploratory in nature and does not replace professional advice (see Disclaimer in the product itself).

10. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside.
